I work as a freelance IT consultant.

Even though I am an IT consultant, I do a lot of my own development work, and do a wide range of things, from business design to requirements definition, testing, and operation and maintenance. In order to make your business successful, we may introduce you to developers, operators, etc.

Most recently, I worked as a director at a consulting firm. I had my own department and budget, and was responsible for organizational design and member training, while also serving as technical advisor to several customers. I recently quit my job and started my own business without changing jobs. I received a lot of offers, but if I was going to use my power at a new company, I wanted to use it for my own business, so I stopped working for a company.

Good at cloud architecture and agile

Our values are that we want to create things that people can use. I have always worked with the desire to make things that are used, and to think of the things that are used as customers. That feeling hasn't changed even now that I've become a freelancer.

Our areas of expertise are building cloud-native architectures and supporting the introduction of agile development. I'm an omnivorous person who does everything cloud-related, including infrastructure construction centered on public clouds such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, microservice development, and IaC and DevOps implementation. However, I'm more of an application-oriented engineer.

  • Worked at Bender's research laboratory for several years.
    • Responsible for commercialization of research results and technical lead for middleware development
  • After that, he moved to an independent consulting firm.
    • Engaged in large-scale development in the manufacturing and communications industries
    • Worked on framework development and grand design considerations for infrastructure and operations in core system renewal projects for local governments and retail businesses.
  • In recent years, he has worked as a technical advisor for several companies in the retail and financial industries.
    • Cloud journey planning for large-scale core systems and strategic planning for microservice introduction
    • Additionally, he specializes in system infrastructure construction, DevOps implementation, and agile development.

I have the most fun when I'm coding!
Building cloud infrastructure is also infrastructure as code, so it's coding.

I want to train myself by communicating

I believe that what engineers need is to communicate their opinions to team members and customers. When it comes to engineers, especially consultants, they don't just do what they are told, they also need to be able to convey to those around them the reasons for choosing the technology in words or letters.

When I was an office worker, I used Slack and MS Teams to disseminate information to customers and the company, but I feel that there are fewer opportunities to do so as a freelancer. There are some unavoidable aspects of the freelance work style, but from now on, the engineer community that was a given for office workers will become a part of themselves, and we will have to disseminate information within that community. .

Therefore, I decided to train myself by posting what I was thinking on SNS such as Twitter and notes, even if I did not belong to the community. Organize and digest your thoughts and new information, and send them along with your opinions. By exchanging opinions with everyone, you will be able to sharpen your knowledge.

I want to help someone by communicating

If someone reads the information that I have provided for the purpose of self-improvement and finds it useful, it may be of some use to you. This makes me very happy as an engineer. Recently, I have been involved in supporting NPOs, and nothing makes me happier than being able to use my skills to help someone. It also serves as a driving force for maintaining high motivation.

Speaking of how my abilities are useful, I remember a long time ago when I created a free app, released it, and was happy when people used it.
